To help our team work safely and efficiently—and to help us keep our service costs reasonable—we highly appreciate it if you can do a few quick preparations before our arrival:Clear the driveway and garage: Please move your vehicles out of the driveway or garage so our team has easy access to our equipment and your windows.Clean up after pets: Please pick up after your dogs in the yard. This ensures our we don't accidentally step in anything and track it around your property or inside your home.Prep for interior cleaning: If we are cleaning your interior windows, please open your blinds or curtains and move any lightweight furniture, plants, or decor away from or off the glass.Please ensure that all windows and sliding glass doors are closed for both exterior & Interior cleaning. Taking these small steps allows us to focus entirely on making your windows sparkle as efficiently as possible!
No, we typically do not use manual squeegees on exterior windows. Instead, we use an advanced, high-tech pure water filtration system paired with water-fed poles to clean your exterior glass safely and effectively from the ground.How does the pure water system work?Normal tap water is full of dissolved minerals like calcium, magnesium, and sodium—often referred to as Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). When regular water dries on glass, it evaporates and leaves those minerals behind, creating unsightly white spots and streaks.Our specialized filtration system forces tap water through multiple stages of purification, including reverse osmosis and deionization. This process strips away 100% of the minerals, leaving behind pure, chemical-free water. This "hungry" purified water acts like a magnet, naturally attracting, loosening, and absorbing dirt, dust, and pollen from your windows.Please let it air dry!Because the purified water contains absolutely zero minerals, your windows will dry completely spot-free and crystal clear all on their own. Once we finish scrubbing and rinsing, the glass will look wet, but we kindly ask that you do not attempt to dry the windows yourself with a towel or squeegee. Touching the wet glass with household cloths can introduce lint or oils, which will ruin the flawless, spot-free finish!

We use a simple, time-tested solution of original Dawn dish soap and water. It effectively cuts through indoor grease, fingerprints, and dust, leaving your glass flawless without releasing toxic fumes or strong odors into your home.This minimal, safe approach guarantees a brilliant shine while keeping your landscaping, pets, and indoor air quality perfectly safe.
We leave the decision completely up to you. We never force a choice or make that call for you.If there is rain in the forecast, we provide you with all the information so you can decide whether to keep your appointment or reschedule.To help you make the best choice for your home, here is how rain affects our service:Rain won't spot clean windows: Rainwater is actually very pure. Windows get dirty because rain hits existing dust, pollen, and grime already sitting on the glass. Because we strip away all that dirt, rain will simply sheet off your freshly cleaned windows and dry completely clear.Our safety policy: The only time we will ask to reschedule is if the weather becomes dangerous for us—such as heavy downpours, high winds, or lightning.If it's just a normal rainy day, the choice is yours! Simply let us know what you prefer, and we will happily accommodate you.
We kindly ask that you keep your pets safely secured indoors or away from our work areas. We will be moving ladders, running water lines, and opening/closing gates and doors to access your windows. Keeping your pets inside keeps them safe from slipping out and allows our team to focus entirely on doing a great job for you.
Normal window washing removes everyday dirt, dust, and pollen. Hard water stains (caused by lawn sprinklers or mineral buildup) and construction debris (like paint overspray, silicone, or stucco) are baked onto the glass and cannot be removed with a standard wash.We do not provide specialized restoration or scraping services for these deep stains, but we always try our best to get your windows as clean and clear as possible during our normal process.
Yes, we do! However, please note that mirrors and shower glass are considered specialized, additional services.They are not included in our standard interior window cleaning package.Because shower glass often requires extra care to break down soap scum, and mirrors require separate handling, these must be requested as an add-on. If you would like us to make your bathroom mirrors or shower doors sparkle while we are already inside cleaning your windows, just let us know before your appointment so we can add it to your service request!
